SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.rahulda.com/terms-of-use/.
Usually we ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving orders. Once shipped you will get your delivery within next 3 to 4 business days.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:
Normal shipping
7-10 business day
Under 1 kg ₹:60
1 kg over = under 2 kg ₹-120
We ship our orders via reputed courier service providers like DTDC Courier, delivery, Ecom Express, etc.
In case of prepaid orders for which our courier partners do not provide shipping facility we dispatch them via Indian Speed Post.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.
We reserve the right to cancel your order in case your our courier partners do not provide COD facility at your pincode.
Currently, we do not fulfill orders for which shipping address is beyond boundaries of India. And we reserve the right to cancel those orders.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer
Case birbhum Fashion a is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
We ae not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Case Birbhum fashion reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
